The historical town of Santa Cruz in the beloved province of Laguna is proud to introduce its one of a kind product made from a thick, white, and luscious blessing from nature. The milk of a carabao which is widely used throughout the town and is considered by the people in Santa Cruz as a true source of wealth that should be used properly and in a productive way: the Kesong Puti. The Kesong Puti is as white as the clouds from heaven above, with a taste that you'll surely love. Kesong Puti is made from a combination of carabao’s milk, taste enhancers like salt, reynis (rennet), and with each finished product contains the love of the people from Santa Cruz that will be tasted in every bite.
